As a sales and marketing executive, you will help execute our Go to Market strategy by building strong relationships with customers, consistently delivering excellent customer experiences, and maintaining existing customer relationships within your assigned market vertical.

You will also monitor the assigned industry trends to identify potential market opportunities and develop plans to utilize those opportunities to expand our revenue. 

From identifying potential leads, to nurturing prospective customer relationships and closing deals, you’ll play an integral role in promoting and monetising  our products and services.  You will also learn what makes our competitors tick, and leverage efficient sales and marketing  tactics to broaden our customer base.



Sales (70%)

  • Actively source for new sales opportunities for our consumer products through various outbound sales channels.
  • Profile and qualify new customers and leads
  • Schedule customer discovery meetings to define their needs and requirements
  • Present, promote and sell Identigate products/services using clearly outlined go to market strategies and compelling value propositions. 
  • Perform effective product demos to prospects
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and  customer relationships
  • Close sales and achieve periodic quotas
  • Gather market intelligence and key customer data to help the  company in decision-making towards meeting the company  sales targets 
  • Maintain and expand database of prospects and contacts within your assigned market segments
  • Monitor and track key accounts due for renewals and upsell opportunities. 
  • Collaborate with technical teams and escalate support requirements. 
  • Monitor potential risks and threats, e.g. customer churn, competitive threats, and change requests. 

Marketing (30%)

  • Execute marketing content plans that are consistent with the company’s communication, sales and marketing strategy.
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends and compelling marketing campaigns
  • Assisting in the development and distribution of marketing and promotional material
  • Writing targeted content for website and blogs
  • Creating content for social media channels and managing day to day social media activities on all channels 
  • Manage crisis situations such as, bad reviews and negative news
  • Develop and manage social influencer programs and attend social influencer events
  • Assisting in the distribution of subscriber newsletters and information
  • Generate business leads from online channels
  • Develop and grow an online mailing list database.
  • Responding to marketing queries via phone, email or social media in a timely manner
  • Use analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite Pro, and Facebook Insights to monitor and evaluate the company’s digital marketing platforms presence and performance.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on the progress and success of  marketing efforts using key metrics


  • 3-5 years of experience in Communications, Sales, Marketing or Key Account Management
  • Strong verbal and written communication, strategic planning, and project management skills
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment
  • Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities
  • Knowledge of CRM and project management tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related field
  • Confidence and a knowledge of sales best practices
