Technical Support

Our technical support team assists in the setup, implementation and support of our solutions.  The team also diagnoses and troubleshoots systems and hardware problems and ensures that our customers enjoy uninterrupted access to our services.

The team works closely with the Project management office to ensure that our projects are delivered in a timely and cost effective fashion. To be successful in this role, you should be proactive, meet deadlines and communicate effectively.
